Where is the best place to re-size images? I have tried a few but it keeps saying too big etc..... I,ve tried imageshack, and another two cant remeber what now! What size do i have to put in, i put 80x80 is that right?

i've absolutley no idea with avatars karen, i once had one but it disappeared somewhere ?
