Where ever you want, and by a justice of the peace. A town clerks office should have a list of them.As for where you want the ceremony, it can be anywhere. Inside, outside, wherever. We're having a justice of the peace marry us outside at a bed and breakfast.Good luck!

Call your local county clerks office and ask to have the number for any local judge that will do weddings. That's what i'm having done. Generally they charge $75 and they will come to your site and preform the wedding. Or you could look online and see if there are any justice of the piece. They even have ordained ministers that you can have come to any site.Good Luck

You still can get married in a church! If you want to. We are getting married at a historical chapel on Jekyll Island, GA. We don't belong to it. A retired minister is performing our ceremony. You can have whatever you want! Chapel...civil...inside...outside...hotel...marina ...Best to you both!
