I love blue cheese burgers.Season ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper.Make a ball of hamburger meat, then with your finger make a hole. Stuff the hole with a nice size chunk of blue cheese then close the hole by sealing the meat. Mold the meat into the shape of a pattie. Grill until done. Serve on a toasted bun with sliced avocado, onion slices, tomato, lettuce, and whatever condiments you prefer.Delicious!!!

I simply use ground round. I make a 6 ounce burger, sprinkle with McCormicks Broiled Steak seasoning (it's awesome) and grill.Top with cheese (cheddar) bacon lettuce tomato onion mayo and ketchup. Had one today!

Try stuffed burgers. Take your good ground beef and add any seasoning you like then while pattying the meat make a little place in the middle and put shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon in it. Form the burger around the stuffing and cook the burgers on the grill or skillet. Top with your favorite things like tomato, lettuce and onion. Enjoy!

My wife uses an egg to bind the meat.I cook burgers with bacon fat.I also tried eating burgers marinated in soy sauce - bit salty if one does not control the mix....

breadcrumb holds the meat together but beef itself has moisture . to cook the good beefburgers you need fresh meat , ground the meat season with salt pepper fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary .to me I will add some foie gars and pickle cucumber then mix with the breadcrumb.. one thing is don't keep your meats in the chiller for too long . it will lose the flavour

You can make any type of burger listed or otherwise, but the best I have ever tasted I purchased from the grocery store - they are called Bubba Burgers. Seriously, they are delicious!http://www.bubba-burger.com/
