I've been craving a cheese muffin like crazy! I'va heard you can use flax of almond flour, is that true? Any other ideas for snacks are welcome!!!

Actually, you're not supposed to have anything like that on phase one. I'm currently on phase 2. When I had a crazy craving during those first two weeks, I would make a cheese omelet, and that always helped!
Good snacks are sugar free jello (not pudding until phase 2) and one small piece of sugar free candy. Almost all grocery stores sell the candy now, I have ande's mints, reese cups, babyruth and lifesavers, all sugar free! I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks, so it's possible! Good luck! |
