i also think they should make it more well known that you can get condoms free from places such as family planning.

Personally I think free condoms from the doctors is common sense. Noone ever told me and I knew that they were free, as all contraception to everyone is free.

But yeah I suppose if it makes people more aware then it should be advertised.

But, a lot of girls nowadays dont seem to want to use comdoms, as they know using them will prevent them getting what they want - babies. I arent saying all, but some.
