gone off house a bit,

joanne- the humour is so totally northern that there`s prob only us like it

you know the bit where the guys come in and nick the telly?
well that really did happen. years ago my dad and his mates were in a social club after work everyone was watching the racing and two guys just walked in unplugged it and walked out with the telly and no-one said a word. til the landlord came in and they all thought the guys and come to fix it or summat

Suze - that really made me laugh the one about the telly too!

must be Mancunian humour rather than anything else
I had also heard that shameless was based in Gorton an area I know very very well! live not far away from there now

it must definately be the northern humour joanne.

all good humour comes from real life. dave spikey is also very funny and his humour is very obsevervational too. and he comes from chorley
