If your parents are worried (which they well should be) about your health, approach it from a nutrition point of view rather than weight. Check out books from the library that are devoted to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and achieving optimal fitness. Find some outdoor sports that interest you: tennis, cycling, hiking, etc. and ask you parents to join you. Remove the word "diet" from your vocabulary and it will be far easier to talk to them about it.

if ur trying to hide your eating habits from ur parents and they are concerned then they probably have a good reason to be.. Honestly you should look at the world around you.. there are new places to visit, lots of new languages you can learn, so many career options, pick up a hobby or take a class.. crochet? sewing? designing something? Research up on something you've always wanted to know about.. even nutrition.. go to pharmacy school.. If you are not eating and you thnk thats gonna help you lose weight youre WRONG.. its going to make you WEAK, FRAIL, SUNKEN IN EYES, HAIR FALLING OUT..your body works like a machine it needs FOODS!! Healthy foods.. pizza is actually balanced and oregano .. is good for your body... Instead focus on something other than trying to be stickthin...ur young!!Dont waste what should be the best times of your life.. on worrying about your image alone.Ur family your PARENTS can get you on the right track.. ones that love you will be more than willing to help you EAT even if you have to a vegan eating from food ony n health food stores.Basically sweetie.. luv yourself... and your true friends, and guy will love that you are YOU!!... healthy and beautiful.

There is no quick ways of losing weight! You need to aim for long term weight loss. I can give you tips on how to eat healthily but not to starve yourself and make urself ill!!!Aim to lose 2 lbs per week.Best to eat small 5 meals a day rather than 3 big ones.Aim to eat more fruit and vegetablesDo exercise 3 times a weekMove about more and walk moreDrink at least 2 litres of water a dayGive yourself a treat once a week (if need to)Don't be so strict on yourself. If there is a setback, don't think that you have failed, instead think of the reasons why there is a setback so next time you can avoid it!Its best not to deprive yourself of any food no matter how desperate you are. Just remember that you want the weight to stay off and not come back on as soon as you stop dieting. There's no need to hide anything if you are doing it the right way and not damaging your body. It's actually good to tell people around you that you want to eat healthily so that they can give you support and not tempt you into eating things. Most importantly:Eat in moderation - anything ate in moderation is not a problem!Remember:You only have one body so take good care of it!Hope this helps!

i need to know this too. My parents are way too watchful- its like mind your own bussiness guys!!! Ok... well today....my mum wasnt home when i got home so when she got home i told her ta i already ate. So i got out of dinner. That doesnt work everyday obviously and i cant have my mum/dad finding out cos theyll make me go to a clinic where they'll make me eat. Its not that im anorexic or anything. I just want to lose weight.

Impress them by eating more not less... just choose your foods wisely... you can eat steamed vegetables and salads without concerns as to fat content etc. Try healthy soups etc and show them you are dedicated to attaining a healthy image.Join a sporting club or a gym.Eating poorly will result in poor results eating well good results.Ask for there help.
