efficient + easy to hide exercise? Any tips on how to lose wait faster/exercises that help?I'm overweight (BMI is 26) so I'm just tring to cut down on what I eat - parents are a bit paranoid though and wanted to learn from those who know about it. Sorry if you think the question is distasteful.

I could give you some tips but I won't. Anorexic behaviour will seriously damage your mind and body, and will take over your life. Go and see a doctor or dietitian for proper weight control advice.PS - Your BMI is already within a healthy range!Edit - To Boricua. Don't make assumptions that people giving the questioner advice to see a doctor haven't suffered themselves.....

I think you need help,you should never stop eatting as this can make you really sick or worse......Do you really want to end up like that?...If you want to be nice and slim,go and join a gym and do it that way,instead of killing yourself.

Basically Dont, You Need To Eat Healthy And Excerise, Forget Trying To Hid Eating Disorder, It Will Screw Up Your Life, If You Feel You Have A Problem Go Get Some Help. this is a very worrying question and i really dont think anyone ahould give people tips on being annorexic. Its very dangerous to do that.i think you need to talk to someone, do you realise the damage it does to your insides being annorexic. x
