goodness, there is so much!! the most important to me is to take a deep breath, give consistent discipline, and make sure you get some free time! also a guide to the symptoms of illnesses would be good, learning games for their ages, etc go nuts!

Honestly, I wrote for a women-specific website a while back, and parenthood is one of the easiest things to find topics to write about. If you have kids yourself, that makes it even easier - talk about things that you've learned the hard way about parenthood, and keep it light - meaning, try to throw humor in there if you can (and if it is appropriate for the subject you're writing about). Throw some articles out there about Mom (or Dad) occasionally, like tips for making time for themselves (by themself or a romantic night for both parents). Try finding simple, inexpensive meals for the working or just plain tired parent, or quick and easy crafts for the stay at home parent to occupy their children on a rainy day. The possibilities are endless. If you get stuck, check around other parenting websites for ideas - I'm not telling you to steal anything from them, but they are very usefull if you come across something interesting that they cover, but you think you can expand on better. Try Clubmom.com or Cafemom, they even have sections where Moms ask common questions, you can get some ideas from there. Have fun and good luck!
