Are you the 5th grader? Because your entire question made no sense whatsoever.

I am going to school to get my teaching credential and worked previously at a school district. Any school employee is required by law to report any suspicious activity like child abuse to the authorities, proven or not, especially if it comes from the child him/herself. Therefore, the teachers and etc. in this matter were legally bound to react how they did. Sorry for your situation though; I can understand how that would be painful.

your child did not turn against you, if they relly felt like something was wrong and could not come to you for help they will turn to another adult that is there and will listen to them, this is human nature, we all want to be herd and understood even children, if you feel like you didnt do anything wrong and have not abused or neglected your child or gave crual and unusuall punishments you have nothing to worry about. maybe you should provide more details so that people can better answer your question.

you just have to sit and prove them that there si nothing wrong. That's about it. I've been considering homeschooling for this reason, I've never had drs called thankfully but everytime my child has a scratch even if he got it there at school they call me and ask if there's been anything going on at home- well hello it happened THERE and he has physical impairments so scratches and scrapes happen. NE way I wish you luck I know it's hard sharing your life with those mongrols just hang in there.

If you know you have done nothing wrong then you should be cleared of everything and they will close the case quickly. The school is obligated by LAW to report any abuse or neglect allegations to the police and child services. I suggest you just be open and honest with social services. When I left my ex his crazy mother called CPS on me because I didn't want to take my son to the doctor over a case of the sniffles. She claimed I was denying him medical care. When they came to my door I invited them in, they looked at my son, my home and left in about 5 minutes. It was nothing at all.Unless you really have something to hide I suggest you just let this roll off of you and take it easy. Set up a counseling appointment with your child and the rest of your immediate family (those in your household) so you can find out what is bothering your child.
