Do your parents like people who lie?I doubt they're as stupid as you're protraying yourself to be right now. So perhaps.....

just be honest and straightforward. Most people who are in accidents with motorcycles are caused by cars; this might not be the best advice, but it's true.

Alright, well you want your parents to like him the best choice is for him to suck it up and face his parents. To show he is honest and can tell the truth. Makes him look better and your parents would probably respect him more for that if they ever found out.

Tell him how you feel. If you were your parents, how would you feel about letting your daughter have a boyfriend with a motorcycle?

He should NOT lie...if he has to lie, it's simply not worth doing. Your parents have every right to worry....if their daughter is dating a liar.

The heck with what they think. If they don't like him, it is their problem. They should like him because you are in love with him, and they should respect your choices in life. Maybe they would not react the way you think they will. The only thing that can split you guys up is YOU GUYS. Their opinion might not sit well with you, but in the end that is all it is. An opinion that has only the strength you give it.

They'll like him a lot more if you're both honest. There's no "has to lie" about it. Lying is a choice and sets a person up for mistrust as well as lack of respect. And what's wrong with having a motorcycle? It's not like it makes him a gang leader or anything. It's cheap transportation.

Tell them not to make a big deal out of this. Assure them that your boyfriend have his license, point out that he wears a helmet and that he obey the traffic laws.
