Default parenting tips?

I was wondering if anyone has noticed if electronic games put your child in a bad mood?

I have an 11 year old niece that plays a lot of video games. I noticed that she becomes easily frustrated when she plays and then the mood changes. There have been studies done showing that a child that is constantly frustrated has greater levels of stress resulting in mood swings and anger. I would limit your child's electronic game time. Encourage them to read or do something that wont stress them out. Here is a web site you can go to for ideas on things to do with your child. Good luck

They definitely change my son's mood. He becomes more easily frustrated afterwords and doesn't listen as well.
