Default any advice on having the same attorney for a dissolution in Ohio with...

...shared parenting????

yeah....get your own attorney. That never works. You should be protected.

why would you or the other party do that?? are there not enough attorney's in Ohio? it does not seem like a good idea

I talked to an attorney about that when I was getting divorced--- they told me don't do it.. there is always something that comes up that you won't agree on..get your own attorney.
