Anyone else's little one had this happen? My little boy did not get any teeth during his first 11.5 months. Now that he is one year old they all seem to come in at the same time.

4 teeth in the front and 2 in the back. All six teeth broke through the skin in the last week. He is handling it pretty well. I'd be whining and screaming all day long if it were me. I am giving Tylenol 3 times a day.

Anything else you can recommend?

Ice cream

The supermarkets have some ice cream sticks (forgot the name) for the little ones. This generally helps with dehydration and of course it is awesome help when teething. It cools the pain away for a while.
