Default I'm going crazy, babysitting a toddler & baby?

What can I do?I'm babysitting my nearly 6 year old brother, and a 7 month old baby. The baby is currently sleeping, but my little brother is driving me crazy, being loud & obnoxious, how do I keep him quiet without injuring him? I'll be babysitting for the next 4 hours. I'm 13, and I've been through babysitting courses, but seriously, how can I make him shut up? He's babbling on about nothing, and when I ask him what he wants to do, or suggest a movie, he giggles like a maniac and yells "NO! NO! NO!!!"

Don't be so mean. I admire a 13-yr-old who is willing to help doing this job!Try(1) tell your brother he will get a time-out if he keeps behaving like this (2) probably more effective--tell him if he behaves, next time you babysit him you will do something absolutely amazing but it's a secret now. This can backfire if he keeps asking you what it is, but you can improvise alone the way(3) You must be on the computer--find a simple on-line game suitable for 6-yr-olds. It should keep him quiet for a while(4) Put a blanket over the table (or several chairs facing each other) to make a hide-out. Get a flashlight or lamp. Then read to your brother or play a card game in there.
