Find foods they do like to eat, and then try to disguise other foods with the foods they like. Example, if your toddler likes cheese, melt cheese over vegtables, or add cheese to pasta or bread. If they like fruit, but won't eat high calorie foods like dairy, make fruit smoothies with yogurt or milk.

Make food fun, my daughter wouldn't eat spaghetti so i took a noodle and slurped it up real funny like and now she loves spaghetti, also i let her help me cook and prepare foods she thinks it is fun so she loves to do it, i also play with her toy kitchen set with her and she makes me pretend food that we eat together, then she helps me do dishes after supper, and i help her wash her toy dishes after our pretend suppers. just make things fun is all i can say, oh and i let her help me pick out stuff for supper at the grocery stores. and she is a toddler too she is 3 years old

The first two answers were good -just remember at this age a child will not starve themselves. Make mealtime fun by having your child help prepare the meal - even if it is just letting him carry something from the fridge to the bench for you. See if you can make up songs about eating and food. Also if you live close to farms, orchards etc - take him there to see where his food comes from. The more exiting you make food for him, the more he will want to share a meal with you.Good luck, don't stress out too much and have fun with your little one!!
