My daughter is 2 years old. I would like some suggestions from experienced parents who found successful ways of weaning their son/daughter off the pacifer? My daughter needs to wean ASAP due to problems in her teeth. Please help! Thanks!

Well you need to just get rid of it, or break it and show her it is broken, don't let her see you break it. Then with her and explaining to her, throw it away, but before you do this, give her something in exchange like a blanket or stuffed animal. Have her be a part of throwing it away. When she wants it, hand her the bear, or blanket instead while telling her remember we had to throw it away. Her pacifier is basically a comfort tool. If that doesn't work, you are going to just have to tough it out, cause you need to get her off of it, just throw it away, if its not their, she can't put it in her mouth.
