Baby sign language seems to be very basic. Any kind of hand signals toward the mouth probably means eating or drinking or even a pacifier. For example my baby makes a rubbing motion on the side of his face to brush his teeth. My wife and I actually teach or kids sign language by saying the words and showing the motion.
