Default Is it normal to be a Worry Wart

Hello every one, a few firsts to tell you about today , my first time posting a thread on a forum and my 1st pregnancy. I am 31 weeks and have just really and I mean really started to worry non stop about silly things really and things that I have no control over. The guilt that comes with the worry is just so intense its scary ( I try to say to my self relax and calm down, chill) - the baby is not even here yet and already I have days where I feel like I am a bad mother for not eating fish instead of sausages or standing too close to someone having a cigerette for 2 seconds. If I didnt want to cry so bad at my stupidity for asking this question, I would laugh, but I guess I just really wanted to know weather or not it is normal to feel really guilty about the things we do when we are pregnant? IS it a first time thing ? Am I going totally nuts or do other mums to be feel the same way at times ? My husband is trying his best to be supportive and he tells me not to worry so, my mum says the stress is not good for the baby and that I shouldnt worry - which of course makes me even worry more and the cycle begins again. Just want to here that other feel the same and it is perfectly normal to feel like this
