I give my little one nuts and she loves them, she seems fine eating nuts and I guess no one will know if there little one's can eat nuts unless you try. Its a risk but its up to you to try it or not.

Thanks Kim, she had a bowl earlier and it wasn't til later i wondered if she was allowed them now at this age.

all the health professionals say no nuts until 7 now as giving them before this age can make them have a nut allergy but when my thomas was wee everyone said to give peanut butter at a very young age if they couldnt chew nuts as nuts were good for them!! :roll: im sure they will change their minds again :lol:
