hiya karen,
yeah, i took pregnacare which is a multivitamin with folic acid, it's recommended for people TTC, they were quite expensive considering I used them for 2 years ! £4.99 for a months worth ! To be honest, you can just buy folic acid alone for probably a quarter of that price and just as good but me being me HAD to have those ones !

when you first go to the doctors to confirm that your pregnant, the doctor gives you a prescription for folic acid. :grin:
