Don't sweat it. Wait another day and do another test. If it still comes back with a negative result you will be fine. Sometimes your mind plays games with us. You are concerned about being pregnant and your body is eventually believing it is - even if it is not.

Make sure you there is enough time between when you had sex with your friend and when you take the test. Usually you need to wait a few days in between.
