You haven't had a period in 4 months and you're just now going to the Dr??? Not all women get morning sickness or breast tenderness or fatigue...but I would think by now you would see your belly expanding at least a little bit.

every body is different. My first pregnancy i didn't find out until i was 2 months pregnant. Unliike you, my periods were irregular so it was no surprise i was late. I had no symptoms, but a friend of mine had noticed that i had started to eat a lot more than usual. To be honest, i didn't realize that i was eating more but she did and she then suggested i get tested because she suspected i was pregnant. so i did and found out i was. I had no morning sickness throughout my pregnancy but one thing that you will notice is that your nipples and areola will start getting darker in color. After a while you will notice of course the weight gain, but consider yourself lucky because you might be a few of the happy pregnant moms that don't get sick! That doesn't mean it won't happen later on in your pregnancy because it can happen.

My pregnancies were very similar. No morning sickness, felt fine. But after my first missed period I took a test and when it turned positive, I went to the doctor. You are definitely pregnant, but you should not have waited so long to see a doctor. There are things they need to check on very early in the pregnancy, and your diet, especially your folic acid intake, is crucial during the first three months. I didn't begin to "show" until I was almost six months, but the doctor said as long as I was eating well and gaining weight, it didn't matter if people could actually tell or not. Good Luck!

I didn't know I was pregnant til I was over three months along. (due to missed periods) My first pregnancy test was actually a negative and I was already two months pregnant. I didn't take a third test until I was over three months along because of the missed periods and I just had a feeling.I was nauseous once and my significant other was ill the next day so we wrote it off to a stomach virus. Which it may have been.I had no other symptoms until heartburn three weeks before I had my daughter. I actually think I felt better pregnant than I normally feel. Some woman are blessed with great pregnancies with no symptoms. You may be one of those. Keep doing what you are doing as it is working wonderfully for you. However you should start taking a prenatal vitamin now that you know. You do not have to wait to go to the doctor to do this. They are located in the vitamin section of any store you go into.Congratulations!
