Default The pregnancy test indicated positive, but there is a sign of period?

hi, last week, the pregnancy test indicated that my girlfriend is pregnant. So we went to see doctor and he said she is 99.9% pregnant and he counted probably pregnant for 5 weeks. However, today after we had sex, there was a litttle amount of blood coming out, seems like period. Is that normal? or may be natural abortion?

Your cervix is easily irritated in pregnancy due to the increase in hormones so the blood could possibly be coming from there. There is no need to worry unless the blood turns bright red and becomes heavy.

A small amount of blood after sex is normal. If it continues or the amount gets larger then your girlfriend should see her Dr.

It can be normal. If you all are concerned you can always go to the ER and have things checked out just to ease your minds and be on the safe side.
