It depends on the person. I only had them for a month and a half. But my friend had them up to when she gave birth. Usually its 3months.

Only speaking from experience for myself, I am 34 weeks now. I had nausea and dizzyness for the first 3 months, then nothing for a couple of months and then the back aches, frequent bathroom breaks and sleepless nights. Good Luck!
