All ive had with 3 Customer Services is rude people, not answering
your query. 3 needs to invest a lot in Customer Service.
Their Customer Service is the worst ive ever come across.
Btw, their Call Centre is based in India.
Avoid at all costs is my advice.

me too thats who im with and sent back 2 different phones 3 times each as they were broken and they finally replaced them. i had murder as didnt even have the phones a month and they broke. :twisted:
