I made an order for a phone and received an email stating delivery with in 2 days. After a week still no phone had arrived so I phoned them. I was told definately delivered the next day. Anyway, the next day came and went so again I phoned and was told again next day. After another 2 days of being told this and no phone arriving I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. 2 days later I received the phone. I then emailed the head office back in November and still have had no reply. Do not shop with these people, they do not care about good customer service.

Sorry to hear bout your ordeal i had the same thing not with carphone warehouse but Microdirect when i brought my pc monitor. Paid for next day delivery but it came a week later. Phone umpteen time and got the same excuse its the couriers fault and vice versa when i phoned the courier. Phoned to get a refund of the delivery charge still waiting and that was last november , Customer service was really bad, you would want to keep onto there customers
