AOL are great i phoned them the other day to tell them i was going to have to cancel because my money matters are not so good at the moment . do you know what they said ? ok we will give you a months free to keep you going and give yourself a chance to get back on your feet . if you still find you cannot manage after the free month call us back . i could not believe it , well done aol for giving me a bloody break.

I liked AOL when I was with them. When i told them I was going to telewest they gave me a free 3 months of there top broadband service, piggybacked on telewest.

i am hateing aol at the mo, its caused me nothing but hassle, i was signed up with them for a year and moved address, i contacted them and they said it was fine blah blah blah, then when i got the details changed over i then found out i had been given a NEW 1 year contract, which i didnt even want, now im stuck with them for anouther year. :roll: if you get the irish call center there brill but as for the indian call center dont even get me started :evil:

ive had no probs at all with AOL but yeah maggie i know what you mean, im not too good with accents anyway but as for the asians they put on the phone, well, they may as well just be talking in their own language :lol: :lol:

i know what you mean about the indian call centre maggie had nothing but trouble when i contacted them re broadband. I only went aol because of there uncapped service
