Grrr, I'm so fed up with Clarks !

You try and do right in buying your child correct, properly fitting shoes yet when you go there they NEVER have any decent styles or what you've picked from the shelf in the right size !

I HATE them at the moment ! My daughter badly needs boots now it's getting cold and they tell me the ones I want aren't being supplied to the shops anymore !

I should of bought them in August when they first came out but who does that and how d'you know what size they're going to be that far off.

i wont go to clarks again after the row i had with the a**ehole of a manager in our store.
there were about 6 of us stood upstairs waiting, all with our kids, 1 poor woman working and three women from downstairs and the manager going up and down the stairs, everyone was tutting and muttering under their breaths so when the manager came back up i said 'could you not get one of the women downstairs that isnt doing anything to help this woman' he gave me the most filthiest of looks, i said weve all been waiting over half an hour now its not on, he went 'oh well i dont think so' that was it 'HOW BLOODY RUDE, how dare you talk to me like that who the hell do you think you are ....... then he went a bit red and scuffled downstairs and got some help, would it really have been so hard to do that in the first place :roll:

i stopped going there years ago when they could never manage to get a pair of shoes to fit thomas as he has odd sized and shaped feet :lol: very wide at the front, h width but very narrow at the heel and they used to bring out a pair and then get a bigger size and smaller width!! and then a smaller one and wider width!!! and then get another woman and say what do you think?? wouldnt touch them now at all!!!! far too expensive for what you get!!

i think they are very old fashioned in the styles!
