When I ordered my cleanser and polish kit, it comes with an eye serum and superbalm, though I didn't get these in my kit.

I emailed them and they sent them out the next day, plus they were really lovely at customer services :grin:

Liz Earle has a great customer service department. Im still shocked at how fast I receive my products. Space NK took 3 weeks to deliver my stuff!
