:evil: We bought a kitchen from them and then it turn out to be that someone who came to us to measure everything measured everything wrong and it wouldn't fit in there and they started to change everything and after all the changes it looked nothing like the one we bought and ugly at all and it had funny gaps so we certainly said that we want our money back cos it's rubish and they said that then they will take 10% of the cost for themselves (nobody knows why and what for - as we even didn't have any kitchen yet!) and you can imagine 10% of 16K is quite a lot of money! Plus it says in their turms and conditions that they have to give us full amount of money back! now we sent them a nasty letter and waiting for reply! And lucky for us we bought it with barclaycard and Barclays said that they will fight them if they will not want to give us our money back! At the end of the day it wasn't our fault that their disigner measured everything wrong!
P.S they are brilliant in selling only when it comes to other way round that's when the problems appear!

we went to look there for ideas and i have never felt so pressurised in my life!!! scary middle aged woman with faaaaaaaar too much make up and a very short skirt :lol: telling me what i MUST have in my kitchen!! when we told her we were only thinking about ideas and the extension wasnt finished she just said well you cant have applainces at those prices then.. they are only if you are bothering to buy a full kitchen :shock: hhhhmmm good sales pitch

i know i hate it when they wont leave you alone if one thing really makes me not want to buy something its that!

I confirm...we bought a kitchen from them last year when I was pregnant, they believe in hard sale policy and do not care about extorping people. The kitchen is not worth half of what we had to pay, we had lots of issues and all they respond if you complain is "you signed the plan". It ended up by being very poorly designed and we have not got the extra storage space we needed....Better going elsewhere for a kitchen...I believe it will be the same with Dolphin Bathrooms and their bedrooms too. WATCH OUT! RUN away as soon as you see them!
